By accessing or participating in any quiz, contest, or promotion on AnnkoDeals, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must be a resident of Ghana.
• You must provide valid payment details when required.
• You must participate with your real phone number or MoMo account.

AnnkoDeals reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or automated.

3. Nature of the Quiz

AnnkoDeals quizzes are skill-based competitions, not gambling. Winners are determined by score, speed, and performance—not chance. Entry fees support operations, rewards, and platform maintenance.

4. Entry Fee

Certain quizzes require an entry fee (example: 3 GHS) payable through:

• Paystack
• MoMo (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
• Other payment channels displayed on the site

Entry fees are non-refundable, except in cases of system errors or duplicate charges. Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

5. Prizes and Payouts

AnnkoDeals may reward participants with:

• Cash prizes (example: 200 GHS to top 5 winners)
• Airtime or data bundles
• Gift vouchers
• Other digital rewards

Prize amounts and winner counts may change at any time.

Winner Selection

• Highest score
• Fastest completion time
• Leaderboard ranking

Prizes are typically paid within 24–72 hours via MoMo or bank transfer. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited.

6. Leaderboard System

Users may be ranked publicly by first name, score, time taken, and date. By playing, you consent to your name and score being displayed.

7. Fair Play & Disqualification

AnnkoDeals may disqualify anyone who:

• Uses bots or cheating tools
• Attempts multiple fake entries
• Manipulates the timer
• Hacks or exploits the system
• Submits false proof to influence rankings

8. Sharing Requirement

Some quizzes require sharing a link (e.g., to WhatsApp or Facebook) to qualify. Failure to share may void eligibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

AnnkoDeals is not responsible for network issues, device failures, payment gateway downtime, incorrect user details, or delays caused by third parties. All quizzes are provided “as is”.

10. Privacy Policy

AnnkoDeals may collect:

• Phone numbers
• Scores and quiz data
• Payment info (not stored by us)
• IP and device details

We do NOT sell your data to third parties.

11. Changes to Terms
